In a world filled to the brim with oddities, and general anomalies, what is one to do? It's impossible to simply live your life from day to day as if things were the status quo. This question was solved roughly two hundred years ago. Strange beings, known as Mavericks suddenly appeared within the world and began to rip it apart, creating chaos within a formerly orderly world... To combat them, the country of Astria erected a  military force devoted to protecting their country. Amongst them, all were the specials few that could use the powers of the things they feared. 10% of the human population can use special powers known as Oddities, the powers of the Mavericks, and use them for the good of the world... Conduits, people who have powers to alter the world around them. Any conduit powers are strong as the person gets stronger, as it takes up 35% of the population. These powers are wild and crazy compare to quirks, only having one type of its kind. Anyone would get a quirk, or two if they're lucky, or a conduit power only. But soon, very few people start to develop both quirks and conduit powers. And one young boy is one of these few people. See him go on a road of difficulty against the villains of the world while meeting many friends and people.
