Kyoko Kirigiri is a world renowned detective. She's solved every case she's ever been assigned except one.

Her parent's murder.

When she finds clues connecting her parents murder and Celestia Ludenberg, a famous underground gambler and drug dealer, as well as a former assassin in the world's largest assassination organization in the world, D.I.C.E., Kyoko starts suspecting her.

She (reluctantly) teams up with Shuichi Saihara, a detective who's been chasing Kokichi Oma, leader of D.I.C.E., for years,  and the detective's find themselves involved in the biggest chase of their careers.

After that fiasco Shuichi is determined to find out who the thief is and put him behind bars. He never would've guessed that this thief would end up stealing his heart.
