Promises to Keep[WATTYS15]
We all make promises. We all say that we'll keep those promises going for eternity. But, they never actually last that long. Being royal doesn't mean they're immune to the outside world. They have feelings just like anyone else. They have deaths and they have issues they need to deal with. Princess Abigail isn't any different. She lost her mum young, she feels pressured by the public to be the epitome of perfect. Her boyfriend, Klein, is trying to help her but she feels like he's adding to her pressure. And often she feels like there's no way out. When she was younger, she had an accident that's led her to live the way she does. She hates things the way they are. She just wants everything to freeze so she can bask in its glory before it's disappeared for good. Her mother, Queen Louisa, died before Abigail reached her teenage years, therefore, her mother made Abigail promise a lot of things. Some of them are quite absurd but Abigail promised them nonetheless. All she wanted was to make her mother proud. Her father, brother, grandmother, cousin, soon-to-be in-laws and her boyfriend are trying hard to get her to see sense. They just don't know if they're trying too hard or not at all. My overprotective brothers
Chloe Clarkson is 15 years old and lives with her 10 older, overprotective, defensive, annoying brothers who will stop at nothing to keep her safe. When Chloe was six her mother and her father took Chloe to her dance competition but on their way home they got into an accident sadly her parents died leaving the oldest brother, Tom in charge. Since then Chloe has dealt with many mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Chloe's anxiety is so bad she has a stutter when she is away from home, isn't with her brothers and when she isn't with her friends. She has an anxiety attack almost everyday. One day her and her brother fight leading to her family falling into a ditch. Finally Chloe is fed up of her family fighting and forgives. Everything comes out but when her brothers react speechless to a sad memory Chloe tell she takes it as a sign in a bad way. Chloe takes a step into water. Her brothers have to say a goodbye? They don't know is she'll wake up. Chloe is in hospital lifeless and her family and friends surround her.. Will she wake up or will she take a trip to her parents? A new guy in class? The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride. Insufficient
I am insufficient. Well, that's not my name obviously, but that's what my family has decided I am. I'm Julie. I'm 14, about to be 15 years old. I have a twin sister, Jamie. Jamie is an angel. This is mostly just my journal, I hope to get a hold of reality as I change my thoughts into words. I hope that this book gives me clarity and I hope it encourages you to change perspective on the topics or themes I will discuss. I am no expert when it comes to encouraging and providing guidance. I am simply a 20 year old (at the time of writing) male who only wishes to touch as many lives as possible in the short life I have the pleasure of living.
