Tails is celebrating his birthday, yay! It's his 12th, and the first one anyone's ever cared about. He and Lusius, whose own birthday is very close to Tails's, are just about ready to leave home and celebrate... when Sonic, who Tails hasn't seen in two months, shows up. Tails has been loving his new life with Lusius and without Sonic, and was never expecting his former best friend to ever appear in his life again.
The title is, obviously, a reference to the iconic Beatles song of the same name.
