Spot has been running for as long as he can remember. The life of a street thief is a hard one, especially after his older sister, Della, is caught and arrested. Eight months later, Spot overhears a conversation that leads him to the location of his sister. Desperate to find and free Della, Spot comes up with a daring plan to infiltrate the most dangerous place imaginable for a thief like him. For once, Spot isn't going to run away. But escape and freedom may not come as easily as Spot planned. It may cost him and Della a great deal of pain... and a great deal of hope. 

WARNINGS: homelessness, arrest, prison scenes, child abuse, physical violence. 

This was a short story for my creative writing class.

Ever since she was a little toddler, life has never been easy. She can't remember the last time she hadn't run away from being fostered. She never had a stable home or a stable family. She never really liked staying in one place too long but the one thing that stayed the same was the feeling of loneliness and abandonment. She build her walls sky high, with only the chosen few able to slip past. But even they couldn't go too far. She was always known as the 'Silent Girl' the one who no one goes near unless they wanted to go missing. People at her school believe she's a part of the most dangerous gangs The Vipers. They're not far from the truth. What happens when she learns of her unknown family? The same as her, They all aren't innocent and have secrets of their own they're purposely hiding.

Everything was going fine between the family and friends.. Until an enemy decided to come back to finished what their grandfather couldn't. I was thinking about taking it down but then I decided to just finish it quickly since there are a few readers who like this.
