I've known Hiccup Haddock for my entire life. We did everything together, and for as long as I could remember Hiccup Haddock and I have lived for the mysteries in our town. Burgess Falls wasn't for the faint of heart. This town has secrets, that even citizens try and cover-up. Even Hiccup's father, a representative of our town, refuses to say more than he has to. It's secrets they wish to throw away.

Everyone in Burgess Falls thinks we're crazy, as we believe there's more to this small little town. There are certain things, even Hiccup Haddock can find when he wants to. I believe there's more to the old abandoned Dredge near the outskirts of our town, and Hiccup wants to find out what it is.

However, our fate was sealed, after a near-fatal accident that almost cost Hiccup his life and our parents forbid us from seeing each other. Secretly, we remain in contact, to find out the mystery in this town. But close to the halfway mark of our investigation, Hiccup had begun to display notably different traits. He became stressed and irritable, and now I fear that we may have gone too far!
