Horses are different than any animal that I have ever seen. They are graceful, beautiful, strong willed, and their heart. Their heart is big, it's strong and loving. The people who live in the city don't understand how amazing these creatures are, God gave them to us. Most take them for granted. But I adore them. Let me tell you a story about a girl who met one of these creatures. A girl who has her soul tied to horses, runs away from home with two of her closest friends. What will happen to them? Will the police catch them? Or will they live in a blessed home?

Melody had been riding horses her whole life. Everything she did revolved around her horse Reine. Being only in junior high she had been able to achieve many things in academics as well as riding. As she entered highschool she met a boy. He was quiet and lonely, he never really spoke. Through the years he grew close to her, and found himself getting jealous of Melody's boyfriend Mathew—who wasn't very fond of him either. As time goes on, Melody finds herself falling for the blue eyed boy that she proudly called her friend, but, does he even like her as that? Or is she merely another horse crazed rider, with a passion for Angel faced boys? What happens next. . .well; that is for you to find out.

Some girls live out their dreams of owning a horse while others grown into women and are less fortunate, that is... until their family comes into some money and partners up with an old family friend who happens to own horses.

We all have our special someone. Not in the romantic sense. In the sense of the one you meet and will never forget them. They are the first and last special type of love. Never to be compared to seemingly similar relationships. For those of you who have never had a special love, I will try to share mine with those who are not as lucky. Teagan Howard goes to an all girls boarding school, Whitfield High School for Girls. That's not the best part though. The best part is that they have a horse riding programme. This year she is in her second last year (11th grade). This year there is a new girl in her class. The housemother wants Teagan to look after her since they both do horse riding but how will Teagan's old friends feel?
