Deku was born quirkless. The bullying got to him. He stopped caring for people. Became a cocky depressed funny gay memer. He also started to enjoy others suffering. Of course he didn't show it at school, they still thought he was the awkward shy quirkless kid. He eventually joined the league for fun. He hit it off with toga and Dabi. Their like bffs now.
One day their playing their favorite game "who can cause the most car crashes." When toga decides to get blood from one of her victims when a civilian recognizes them and calls the cops.
The rules to the game: 15 points if the car has to be towed out 20 if the broke a bone and 50 if someone dies. You get 100 if it's a collage student who dies.

He starts running drugs for extra cash and runs into trouble when a group of scientists try to steal his delivery of Trigger (a drug that enhances the users quirk temporarily) off him. They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all.
