N/B God Centric Journaling my path home to myself, Navigating through the highs and the lows, Living each day as it comes, Being grateful, Being verbal, Trying to be rational and logical, Keeping my writer-self alive. This is the story of my journey to loose weight. I've struggled my whole life with loosing weight. It's time to make my goal a reality. This journal will help me remind me of my struggles and my accomplishments.

This is just a book well journal where I'll write down my daily calorie intake in a hope to help me loose weight

I use this as my diary. I write down all my thoughts and I hope it'll help me.
