Being inure to an experience, more so to inhumane events, could become dangerous and painful for the pure-spirited older brother, Kamado Tanjiro.

It was never easy to get used to drastic changes that turned his life upside down; Becoming a Demon was only part of the problem.

However, Tanjiro developed the lesson that being inure to demon life did not mean that he had to look at the world with a different set of eyes, after everything he had to go through.

He was once human, after all.
