Sunflowers don't always shine

Raaya Elaine Fraser had went camping with her father and her brother Ness when she was young. After not coming back from a hike, Ness reported to two missing. For two years her mother looked none stop for Raaya and her father, but they were no where to be found. so they held a funeral in remembrance, Ness vowing to keep looking for his baby sister. unbeknown to them Raaya had spent 13 years traveling through time with her father, though he only made it through 6 of those years.
Now raaya has come back to the year 2009, on the day of her funeral. She makes contact with her brother in need of help, trying to hide from the government organization known as the ARC, after they saw her cross through an anomaly.
