To anyone who might look, Emily Parker is your run-off-the-mill high school girl. Average girl who hangs out with her average friends. Has average family. Goes to an average school. Lives in an average town with a bunch of other average people. If you haven't guessed already...yup you got it, Emily's life is pretty average, for lack of a better word. But there's more to her than what meets the eye. She might look average to the ordinary eye but if you look long enough or search deep enough you might just see how unconventional her life actually is. In fact the only thing that's conventional in her life is her feelings for Leo Alvarez.

He is her childhood friend who she grew up with. He's a pretty loveable guy but if mixed signals could walk and talk, it's name would be Leo Alvarez.

Both have a mutual attraction for each other, but can it get more than that with a shit load of secrets, lies, betrayals and broken promises? Are they gonna ruin their friendship in the process of discovering their true feelings for each other while finding out secrets that were meant to stay forever hidden? Or will they ruin others in their wake?

Bad boys/ players. I hate them, they think they can just walk around and get any girl they want. Well hello, not every single fucken girl is interested in you, alright. Okay, well unless you look like a hot, Greek God or something, then every girl will most likely be interested in you. It's just a part of life and high school. A lot of girls at my new school, are head over heels with this one guy... okay maybe two guys. Sean Anderson the major player, he tried to get me on the first day. I had hit him, and left him standing there. Then there's Chase Evans, major hottie girls, warning: he breaks hearts. Everyone loves him, guys want to be like him, and the girls all want him. Me, well I just think he's an annoying ass! Meet Aurora Hayes, a feisty seventeen year old girl with a love for swearing. She has a mind of her own, and she doesn't give a fuck what people think of her... okay well maybe she does a little. Aurora never would've thought in her entire life that she would have guys in love with her, let alone four of them. Mike Thompson, Sean Anderson, Jonathan Anderson and Chase Evans. So how is it that all the guys want her? Who will she fall for and who will be left heartbroken? There will be laughs, there will be tears, love will happen, and hearts will be broken. Because this can only end one way, right? [There's A LOT of swearing (it's her character so get over it) you've been warned.] [Will be re-writing + editing next year sometime!] [Un-edited!] #4 in Teen Fiction || 21/9/15 Cover designed by: @heartsick

Meet Violet Summers. She's the sarcastic girl who doesn't really ever get noticed by anyone. She blends into any crowd because of how "normal" she is. And she loves it. She wouldn't be able to stand the attention of everyone around her. That's why she won't tell Ryan Bloore, her crush for three years, that she practically worships the ground he walks on. Ryan is the captain of the basketball team at their school, so guys see him like he's a god and girls act like he walks on water. If they were to date, all eyes would be on her- she would be under everyone's scrutiny. So she's kept her feelings a secret, and she's done her best to suppress her emotions these past years, but she's realized that she's been so caught up in making people not notice her that she didn't realize how lonely she would be when no one was watching. Now meet Ryder Knight. School bad boy. Quarterback captain and heartthrob. The kind that wears a leather jacket and has tattoos all over his arms. The one who shows up to school riding a motorcycle. Just your average run of the mill "if you get involved with this guy, you will meet some serious trouble" kind of male. Well, too bad for Violet, she's stuck with him now. After all of the years of pushing away her feelings for Ryan because of her fear of being seen, she is now all anyone can look at- because of Ryder. Because of him, she can feel their stares, and she hates him for it. The longer they spend time together, the more Ryder starts to realize he actually enjoys being around her-despite her snarky comments about how much she despises him. And if Violet is being completely honest with herself, she's also starting to realize she might not actually hate the fact that people are noticing her now, but hate the way Ryder makes her feel.

✨ "Well, I think it's a shame you're not gay." Leo said eventually. Calvin turned to him. "Oh really? And why is that?" He asked, almost chuckling. "Because I really want to fucking kiss you right now." Leo said with a serious expression on his face. Calvin was going to laugh, when he realized the redhead was being genuine. ✨ ____________________________________ Leo is an introvert by heart. He doesn't like talking with strangers, or most people, for that matter. But when he is assigned a shy science project partner, Calvin, the two seem to hit it off. Friendship had always been hard for both of them- but not with each other. Except when that friendship quickly develops into something more, and one pair of parents objects extremely. That's the hard part. Both heartbroken, they eventually split their separate ways, and Leo does something he may regret forever. And may not want to ever, ever tell Calvin. Will high school, friends, and parents tear them apart?
