Dreams Don't Always Come True [Taylor Swift AU]

22 parts Complete

The year is 2550, and 26 year old Taylor Swift has had a lot of life experiences. She was once the biggest pop star in the world. Not anymore. Her fans don't like her, and even her family hates her existence. She is alone. When a new system comes out that allows you to be virtually transported to your ideal world, everyone is trying it. Through this process, the people who use the simulation forget about things they love. They forget about Taylor. Eventually, Taylor tries the simulation, figuring that she could have a chance to live a few hours in an ideal world. Even if the whole thing is just a mind simulation, a few hours is better than nothing. She dreams of a place where she walks the red carpet again, where she hears her songs on the radio, where her fans scream her name. She is caught up in what her life used to be. She is searching for a way to achieve happiness. But she is a dreamer. And dreams often lie. She must remember that dreams don't always come true.
