My Ex-Husband's Firefighters Betrayal and Serenity wants Revenge.
When disaster strikes. When a horrible fire breaks out. Rini is trapped and caught under piles of rocks and stones on top of her body from pieces of the falling building on top of her and her mother. When her mom kept trying to get her out. she screamed out at her husband who is also a firefighter as well. But he chose to recuse someone else's kid. He left his daughter to die while he recused his mistress's Amber's daughter instead of his own daughter. He assumed that the recuse team would make it to his wife and kid and assumed that Ruby was in more danger then Rini was right now, and he left with someone else and someone else's kid. He didn't even go back to see if his daughter made it out alright, he left her, he left her mother as her daughter screamed out for her daddy to come back. As she was being crushed to death when all her mother could do was cry and hold her the best she could and trying to lift the heavy stone off of her daughter's body. As she screamed out for help from anybody. Until she was recused by a familiar friendly face that's been in her life since the day she married her Husband. But when they reached the hospital, it was far too late to save Rini's life, she was gone leaving behind a brokenhearted mother and Serenity wanted justice for this. Serenity strikes out for revenge and files for divorce and wants to take everything they love. They had taken her daughter from her. Her death happened because her father abandoned Rini for another woman and child who wasn't even trapped or hurt. So, Serenity wants to make Amber pay for everything. Darien too would get what's coming to him. She was pissed and she had no reasons to hold back her own rampage for revenge. So, Serenity strikes out for revenge. Will she ever be able to love again? Or open her heart? again? Read it and see. Tears might be shed; I know I cried writing this to be honest.

It all started with a simple question: "If you could do it again... Would you? If you knew that things were going to end this way... Would you still do all of it again? Or would you run from it? Save yourself?" Such a simple question, though maybe not so simple. For when a question like that was asked... A curse was born. The story follows eighteen-year-old Nicholas Fraiser, or just Nicki for short, who moved to America from England when he was about fourteen years old. After moving around a lot because of his family's work, Nicki finally settled in a town called Phanta, where he will be finishing out his senior year. Phanta is a beautiful seaside town, surrounded by the ocean, though a silhouette of an island can very faintly be seen out in the distance. This island holds many secrets and tragedies that Nicki will soon be aware of. Tragedies he may have at one point been a part of. There's something more to Nicki than he realizes. Little does he know, moving to Phanta and meeting three girls was just another step of setting history repeating back in motion. Though... This was set in stone from the very beginning-- from the moment Nicki was born into this world. A path was already laid out in front of him. "You've fought long and hard. Of Stones and Such
This is a living book of short stories that will grow over time. It may not all be in this first book of stories, but in follow-on tomes. These stories are all based in the universe of "Pearls of the Mother," the same universe from which the "Duncan and Lilly" stories live. Some of these stories may overlap, and some may be continuations of another, but they are all part of the same universe. I created these as part of my "World Building and Backstory" system, and I've come to love them just as much as the books. I hope you will, too. Every time a question came up while writing one story, I wrote another story to answer the question. I guess it really is true ... For in the greater realm of "Pearls of the Mother" ... each story is another Pearl, and each Pearl another story. :)Concluída
