Soldering Wounds

Shouto is walking in the bitter cold of winter, blood streaming down his face and blossoming in the abdomen. Leaving a trail of red in the snow of alleyways, he eventually loses the strength to walk, collapsing to the ground, wounds coloring the white snow. As his vision blurs, a tall figure approaches.
