His whole life Deku questions his gender and eventually comes to the conclusion that he is a guy. So he changes his name from Izumi to Izuku, at least thats what he tells his friends his name is, his father refuses to use his name and constantly dead names him. A/N: Izuku is also has a trans body even though he's a boy because he is an Omega and if he gets pregnant which I won't spoil if he is or not in the story. :3 He won't have a C-section and can give birth like a normal woman would do when they are pregnant.
