Yes, well Keith Shadis was the commander at the time and he was extremely impressed with your leadership skills and quick thinking during an expedition when he was incapacitated. Always knowing what's best to do to avoid any casualties. Many people disagreed that a person so young could handle the responsibility of being a Sergeant, and be able to shoulder the many deaths that would fall under your command.
