That is the story YOU know.  You know of the friendly boy who helped the miller's daughter to find out the Strange Little Man's name. What you don't know is who was the boy or who the daughter was. In fact, you don't know anything.

In the kingdom of Loven, ruled by the wealthy and greedy King Darthmouth, came a small village, Eastcliff, which was home to a miller and his daughter Nerida as well as 'the boy next door' Baelfire and his magician father. The two were in a romantic relationship which no one knew of.

But when Nerida's father makes a few mistakes and puts Nerida's existence in danger, it's up to Baelfire to save her, and to test their relationship to its very extremes.
