"Hello girls and boys, we are One Direction. We are glad to have you here and meet couple of you." Liam said as he looked at us smiling. Me and my best friend are at the M&G and so are the other 15 people. As they approached, taking photos and talking with everyone my eyes met his. Niall looked at me and smiled saying, "You a fan? See you not that excited" , I found myself saying " You don't remember me, do you?" as my eyes started to water and tears ran down my cheeks. He looked confused, "No babe, should I?" he chuckled nervously not knowing what was happening. "I'm Maddie Grey. Nice to meet you Mr.Horan" I said, turned on my heel and ran away as tears started forming again... That's when It hit him. It's HER. His past he though he will never see again. But he did.

The news broke like a wave, drowning everything else in its path. Liam Payne, gone. I stared at the screen, heart in pieces, trying to grasp that the boy who had once brought me so much joy would never sing again, never smile again. There was no warning, no chance to say goodbye. "If only..." I whispered, clutching their iPod as tears slipped down my cheeks. "If only I could have stopped it..." The words hung in the air, heavy with a yearning so intense it almost felt tangible. The room blurred around them, and before I could process what was happening, everything went dark. When the world came back into focus, I wasn't sitting in my room anymore. The familiar hum of city life faded away, replaced by the soft strum of a guitar and a voice I knew all too well. "You're insecure, don't know what for..." My breath hitched. It couldn't be... Liam.
