He didn't tell anyone. He was told from a young age that heroes couldn't have problems like his. He didn't want to be kicked out from the hero course... So Denki hid his problems. Never asked for help. Never told anyone about his abusive family. That was until a fateful day where two pro heroes finally notice something's up with the lighting bolt.
