"So, you're dead. Died at the top of the world, actually. Most other people have a variety of tailored afterlife options, where they can choose a glamorous residence to suit their needs. However, on top of Mount Everest, you're stuck. You only have one option, the luxurious Base Camp Three..." Here lies a group of perspectives, both living and dead, orbiting around life at the elegant hotel for the deceased. Or, more specifically, the escapades of Mark Turner, a morose and spectacularly unlucky British teenager. His efforts to summit the tallest mountain on the planet crumble to pieces, and his demise is suddenly brutal. He ends up wallowing in misery at the golden front desk, despite the many spectacular amenities the location provides. Will he ever find the content peace he craves, or is he trapped for eternity? (updates weekly on saturdays! :) )

Reckless

Some things are just unintended... like bumping into a conceited vampire at a party, hating his guts then - against all your better judgement and frequent protests - inexplicably making him believe that you've fallen in love with him. Then before you know it you're being sucked into a world of fantasy and danger that you had no idea existed. Of course, these things are just bound to happen to Anne Forbes - it's just her luck. She doesn't even want this, but who even asked for her opinion on these things?
