In "Tobyleaf's Assessment," There is a painful war going on in SkyClan. Tobyleaf, SkyClan's deputy, is trying to make things better, but nothing is working out. The cats in Skyclan are mostly rogues tested for their loyalty or injured cats with a small chance of living. Tobyleaf is one of only a few cats that can bring peace once and for all in SkyClan.
