One day there was a very pretty and classy girl named Winter and a boy named Liam. Liam was 19 and the alpha to his pack the blood wolves known as a really soft pack not fierce at all unlike Winters her pack the red snow pack was one of the fiercest in the country. Mort, is the Alpha for the Red Crimson pack and I am his Beta, Taragon. He has recently found a mate and because of an accident that happened years ago after I found mine that caused her death, my punishment was that I would never have another mate. I accepted it as punishment for not protecting her at the time and caused her death. One day, the Alpha meets his mate and she happens to be a runt in one of the worst families of our kind. He isn't too happy with her and she's so fragile looking. Although, he feels that for her, she can still be useful around the house. I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!"
