Panem High (ON HOLD)

Katniss, her twin brother Gale, and their younger sister Prim are new to Panem High. Katniss and Gale meet the popular group, called the Victors. They are pulled in, and soon find themselves with lifelong friends. Then Katniss meets someone from her hometown. She discovers he's in love wth her, and she develops feelings for him in return. But will horrible events keep them apart? Will the Victors remain a group?
