8-year-old Kana had a dream. 17-year-old current Kana does not have a dream. And somehow, she decided to move to New York City.
Moving to the other side of the world wasn't what she had anticipated. She left the small comfort of her home to one of the largest cities in the world all by herself with no friends or relatives. And in the same city just so happens to have a big storm that Kana was not aware of. The books and movies of action and danger that she loved so much might just become a reality.
Her lonely but peaceful life suddenly got invaded by beings beyond her imagination and every second spent with them makes her heart feel light and fluffy, while at the same thing exhilarating. But like everything else, these blissful moments will not last forever.
Will Kana, the clumsy and pessimistic girl, be able to find the will to fight to protect those that are precious to her? Or will she turn her back again and run away from her problems like always?

This is my first story so bear with me. This follows the TNMT movie from 2007, with of course you the lovely reader being added. This isn't the 2012 universe, it has nothing to do with that storyline.
