The Weird, the Weirder, and the Weirdest belongs to me. Really, it's just a book of random stuff. So... yah. I do use some of my own characters from my existing books, and you may not use them without my permission. (EX: Foxlight, Callius)
At the same time, characters like ASDF aren't real characters that I can seriously copyright. So I don't care about them, use those if you want.
