Troubled teen, Betty Cooper is stuck in a facility for mental youths, or as she liked to describe it, Hell. Years if not months, she was done. Her emotions and humanity were nonexistent, that is..until she met him. Someone who made her feel like she wasn't the only person in the world, someone who took her under his wing. Someone who she thought she'd have a happy, fulfilled, life with. Obstacles, like Betty's mother who put her in the home, get in the way. Will she have the life with her Romeo like she always wanted, or will tragedy and despair get the better of her judgement.

In a taunting voice, Reggie added, "Gee, Betty, it must be hard having a crush on some loner who doesn't even like girls." Betty raised her eyebrows, wordlessly commanding him to leave. "Did you hear me, Goldilocks?" "Oh I heard you, I just don't care. Time for you to leave, Reggie, you're not getting anywhere with me." On the outside, Betty Cooper was the perfect girl. A straight A student, sweet and kind, a play-by-the-rules kind of girl. Archie Andrews was her next door neighbor and best friend, athletically inclined, and though somewhat lacking in intellect, he was sincere and devoted. They were the epitome of the perfect couple, and everyone couldn't help but believe that Archie and Betty, young though they were, would someday end up together. But in this group there was another friend, Jughead Jones, a cynical, sardonic aspiring writer. He didn't always feel like he fit it with Betty and Archie. But somehow, he felt like he belonged with them, though he couldn't place why.
