“No” I said defiantly staring into his violet eyes.
“You will tell my why you left or so help me I will beat it out of your brother!” To say he was frustrated was an understatement.
“You wouldn't dare. He is your beta.”
“Will be my beta there is a difference Amelia, he can be replaced. Amelia I am your alpha and I demand to know why you left.”
I couldn't tell him. I wouldn't have him blame himself, so I told him half the truth. No one but my family knew I was attacked that night I left. Everyone knew of my parents plans but they didn't know why they were so abruptly put into action.
“I sensed you. That night, I sensed my mate was close, and when I found out that it was you I was afraid. I was your best friends little sister, you never noticed me, you thought I was ugly, you even said so to my face once. You deserved and still do deserve someone that’s perfect. I am the exact opposite and I knew you would reject me so I never gave you the chance. I was scared of heart break.”
At that he slammed me against the wall, his lips joining with mine. The kiss was both possessive and passionate. I had never felt anything like this before, tingles erupted through me. I had never felt more alive. My wolf whimpered when he pulled away only to practically purr when the next words left his mouth
“You’re mine.” He growled.
