The royal family was broken when Delia was just four years old. Her mother suddenly died, leaving her father grief-stricken and out of sorts. Having been sent away at such a tender age, she grew up with a family in a small nearby village, never knowing her father. Until one day, she was suddenly uprooted from the place she called home, she was taken back to the castle.
