Luca lived in Potoroso with his family and they were very poor but Luca continuing his studies he will work hard to provide for his family one day, as a child Grandma Paguro would tell him stories about the sea monsters, they had treasure, life under the sea and much more even the kraken the ruler and they live in Isla del mare the forbidden island they were all forbidden to go to. One day Ercole the richest man in all Potoroso hired a crew on his boat to help him to go to Isla del mare despite the rumors and Lorenzo decided to go because of financial issues they were having and Ercole was cruel and tricked them to get what he was after the riches of the sea monsters all to himself. But that cause a big problem when they got caught and they were sent back home but they told the town about the deal they've made in order for them to keep some riches they deeply desire they must make a trade, to keep what they desire they must leave someone who they admire, but they must come willingly, Lorenzo told his family and Luca instantly knew what it means and he sacrificed himself to save his home and family. When he got to isla del mare he met Alberto who suddently had a quick liking to Luca and he looks familiar somehow. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it.
