Due to human experimentation becoming legal, super human abilities have surfaced into the world. However, only about 20% of them have these powers. Therefore a lot of them are extremely valuable and are treated very well automatically by society. However, there are many villains birthed by these super human abilities, and with it heroes. Almost all of the villains aren't to be worried about, just petty first class villains. However, there is one villain and his army that terrifies the masses, known by the media as Tourniquet. He is a terrifying person that makes civilians cower and not go out at night, and there are rumors circulating that he is only 17! Be careful out there, and whatever you do, do NOT get infected by the epidemic of his own design. Anyone who catches the academic, depending on how far into the symptom stages you are, and depending on your insurance, will either be attempted to be saved, or publicly executed.All Rights Reserved
