Railroad Crossing

Watching as trains come and go, the boys perched on one of the abandon trains daydream of leaving the cold and distant city behind. The same city that put out the flame to any dream that dared come to life. They envision themselves jumping on a train and just go. Escape. To rebuild and become a new person, shed all the ugly inflicted unfairly upon them over the years.

With one final slap to the face, punch to the gut, spit in the face, death to a family member, the thread snapped and the boys were ready.

But will leaving the city behind for a new life be easy? Will they finally escape from the clutches of their past? Will they finally achieve the dreams they pushed far away in the back of their mind? Or will this be a...dead end?
