Cywren Caster continues her journey through the wasteland still fighting for justice with the brotherhood of steel. Her trusty followers by her side, Cywren is practically immortal due to her many adventures and battles.

Then one day when searching a small diner, Cywren picks up a radio signal from her home town 'Megaton' requesting help. Being the warrior she is, Cywren heads for home to face her biggest struggle yet. The struggle for Megaton.
