This is a collection of past works -- different short stories, poems, etc.

Not all of them are complete works of their own -- some are mere fragments of an absent greater whole, for one reason or another. I'll add more as I uncover more things I feel are worth archiving. This largely just helps show my own growth as a writer, I think.

I'm posting this looking for some feedback. Any constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated. Writing has always provided me with solace, by helping me to sort through and frame my emotional experience. During one of the more difficult times in my life--recognizing a toxic marriage and leaving--I used writing to understand what was happening. The poems, short stories, and essays here reflect my fragmented journey toward mental health. Works of art, they are not. However, I hope they can help others with their own journeys, even if only to provide comfort in knowing that they are not alone. Trigger Warning: The following includes depictions of suicidal thoughts, depression, and anxiety.

This is mainly full of song lyrics. Sorry. I'm not creative enough to actually make short stories. There are, like, two chapters that are short stories, but that's it. TW: If you're easily disturbed by talk or mention of suicide, some chapters are not for you (i.e. My R, Her Last Words, Willow Tree). You may skip these chapters if you please. ALSO, there is some strong language (i.e. fuck, shit, asshole, etcetera). Please be mindful of that. Thank you for your time.
