Haruka Kitahachi, a student with the power to stop time, and an ever expanding uncontrollable roster of abilities, is met with a dark discovery, that his city is being plagued by a string of murders.
Determined to apprehend the killer, Haruka and his friends, as well as his maid and childhood friend, Kagure, go on a terrifying journey across the dark and gritty streets of Tokyo to find out who's murdering the people of the beautiful city.
However, a strange phenomenon is occurring to Haruka.
For he has the ability to Decipher the truth with his eyes.
Will he save anyone who comes in harm's way? Or will he die-trying, failing as destiny grants it's luck over to the murderer.
