¿Whats a Soul? Abstract entity traditionally considered the immaterial part that, together with the body or material part, constitutes the human being; he is credited with the ability to feel and think, right? Or, well, that's what the internet says, that's what Cleo thought her entire life.
She isn't living in a fantasy a world, she doesn't believe in ghosts, mermaids, or aliens, much less in witches or people with superhero potential, after all, Cleo lives in the system since she was born, in the system where no one is better, in the system that dictates that everyone has the same abilities, they all know, they all do the same, where there is no hope, no heroes to save them, just, a normal world, where the government and the military under his service has all the power, where, nothing, no one special is welcome, where no one really wants to be special cause... special means dead, and, no one really wants to end that way, so... just a normal world... or that's what she thought... until she meets them... until she finds her Soul isn't easy to pass for something common.
