Rune and Ruin by LeonaPage
63 parts Ongoing Mature
To bait a falcon, a very small bird is fitted with ball weights attached to a string held by the falconer. When the raptor attacks, the rolling dive will tangle around the legs of both birds, thus ensuring the falcon cannot fly away. Further training involves both the string and treats, often meat from the same small birds, encouraging the predator to return to its handler. Centuries of war between the gods have caused an imbalance in the mortal world. Stark lines of division have resulted in three species, all vying for survival against an increasingly harsh world; The Tasuri, demon-shifters with noble houses stretching back before the founding of cities, shapeshifters in their clans and dens, and the Acera, those without fang, claw, wing, or hoof. The Tasuri city of Rune has never been more powerful, or more desperate. A plague has hit, a disease of infertility that is decimating the population of the purebloods and shifters. The Tasuri and shapeshifters turn their attention to the small, remote villages and towns of the Acera. Defenseless, there is nothing to stop the two powerful groups from enslaving the Acera and destroying the balance of their world beyond recognition. The ruin of the Acera is underway when the Tasuri House of Fyriin births a Warlord. The young warrior, Falx, takes his army of demons into the hills. There, he is gifted a young Acera slave as tribute. Thania has every reason to hate him, but she bears more weight on her slight shoulders than Falx could possibly know. What happens to the world when you take the bird away from her falcon? Warning: This is a historical fantasy, paranormal romance. It will have explicit scenes, including scenes of nonconsent. This world is brutal and harsh. Please take care before reading!

Started~ Nov 12 2021 Finished~ Dystopia: an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic. "Do you love me, Cadet?" Why? That seemed to be a question you've been asking yourself a lot lately. Growing up in the underground was tough. You needed to fight for survival, food, money, and even-your freedom. Danny, you're despicable "father", had you stealing from him any chance he got. He was slick and manipulative. Having to steal valuables for him all while taking care of two kids, Kai and Mary, was really hard. The responsibility you held was weighing down on you, making you think more about them and less about you. You didn't mind though. Anything to stay away from the sinful place you call home. After a while of putting up with Danny though, you had you're last straw ripped away when he hurt you're beloved Mary. You ran away to start a new life, taking Mary with you. You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... At first it seemed strange but pleasant to finally get noticed, but soon you realized, nothing good came from the Corporal. In fact, your life seemed to turn into a living Dystopia. 45 parts Complete Mature
Nea Riar, a human, accidentally stumbles upon a portal to another world full of everything she has thought to be a myth. There she meets five men; Fae, Demon, Shifter, Warlock, and Incubus. What these five men have in common is that they are each seen as a threat in a society ruled by matriarchy. In the world of Asorix, Arradona is a Queendom where women are superior. Most are physically closer to the size men, the difference in high not as great, and their magical capabilities are naturally stronger from birth. They dominate and tame men, claiming those they see fit as husbands to add to their growing harems. Those of the upper class compete with one another by comparing the number of husbands they have in their harems, ranging anywhere from the tens to the hundreds, and even a rare few in the thousands. In these lands, five men; Zev Dubois, Cassius Montgomery, Jaxon Novak, Ezra Larsen, and Axel Dimitrov are anomalies. They're stronger than any male that has existed, physically and in terms of magical capabilities. The extent of their power is unknown, but it's speculated that they are more powerful than women also. Their power and wealth has earned them a high status without having to marry a wife to gain it, something that was impossible before them. They are seen as a threat by the Council. In an attempt to control them, the Council orders that they must each take a wife in hopes that she can tame these men who show signs of being dominant. The women of Asorix stumble over one another trying to take at least one of the five as a husband for their harem because of their looks, money, and status in society that would all become their own. During this time the five men come across Damanea, a woman who isn't like the rest. She's the opposite of what women in their world are like. Instead of being dominant, assertive, and abusive, she's meek, cautious, and weak. So what do they do? They marry her. Updated Patreon Link: patreon.com/DRK_Stories

Jonathan and Isabella will have a HEA. "You know," he replies, starting to move back and forth in front of me. "I used to ignore the fact that you don't have a name or a very nice background. That you did not attend a great university or whatever. It wasn't crucial to me. But now I recognize you for who you truly are." He comes to a halt and looks at me with contempt. "White trash. Aren't you one? Isn't that how they refer to folks like you?"Jonathan....! Jonathan?! I shake my head at him, completely stunned and shocked by his statements. What? Do you think this...? Persona 6

35 parts Complete Mature

The protagonist who I will give the name of Yasmina Nozomu is transferred to Okinawa after a crime she says she didn't commit. She now lives with her aunt Aoi Kasagano during her 12-month probation and then she discovers the existence of Dimension X (Cross) and awakens to her Persona. Now she awakens a new generation of the Specialized Elite Execution Squad (S.E.E.S) and changes the hearts of a corrupt society. Please note that some of the events in this book aren't like what the game would likely do. I'm doing an anime adaption-like approach. All rights go to Atlus and Sega (THIS IS A NON-PROFIT STORY!)
