Casey is a 17 year old girl who is moving to a new high school for senior year.  She has always known that she likes girls, but has been too scared to tell her parents for fear of being kicked out.  She plays basketball and is normally not very open about anything especially her feelings. What happens when she is transferred to a new high school where she knows no one?

Isabelle is also a 17 year old girl, but she has always dated guys.  She has a mother who is a drunk and a father who used to beat her but has since left.  She still gets nightmares about the beatings even though they haven't happened in over a year.  She is the captain of the girls basketball team at Lakeview High School.  The one problem is that she has trouble trusting people because she is scared that they will abandon or leave her.

Will Isabelle let Casey into her past with her father?  Will Casey keep Isabelle's demons away?  Will Casey learn to open up to Isabelle and will Isabelle learn to trust Casey?
