Eyrck Bayarri was fed with a silver spoon as a child. Eliseo Arvelo has been on his own ever since he was 7. Bayarri graduated just barely and somehow made it through college. Eliseo graduated high school with honors and was awarded with scholarships from multiple institutions and programs. Bayarri went to Central New York Police Academy and was promoted to an official officer just a year and a half later. Eliseo was framed on 2 accounts of petty theft and, when released from prison, lost every sponsor that supported him and scholarships he received. Bayarri has been solo in closing his cases and putting criminals of New York City behind bars. Recently he was put on an assignment to keep watch of the Walsh, Hender, & Stave corporation. Eliseo, a master thief, cruises the streets of New York without a care in the world. Always avoiding looking into the cameras of his job in a casual manner.

Astren City, and all surrounding area, have the highest crime rate in the northern part of the country. Dozens of crime families constantly trying to take the throne, as well as corruption lurking around every corner, do not aid in that fact at all.
