No one knows himself better than the individual himself but how truthful are you about yourself? The biggest liar is the one who lies to himself. Do you really think you are the individual you know? Think and then think about what you have thought. Is it what you really thought? Ask your conscience because in this world there is nothing more honest and sincere than one's conscience. The two great movers of the human mind are the desire of good and the fear of evil. One should have a desire to be good and do well. Desire is the key to motivation. It is the key to develop a healthy personality and a positive attitude towards oneself and others. Let us begin by creating a desire to be good, to feel good about ourselves and others and a desire to analyse ourselves honestly. The gradual development of this attitude will surely help you take a big leap towards personality development.Complete
Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally.
