The Darker Side of the Sun (School Works)

The Caddo tribe is a brutal one. Boy's like him barely get by, but they sure do try. But sometimes to try isn't enough. Sometimes it takes more out of you than you could ever give. His world is a cruel, cruel place; but in the end, the only motive is survival.

This is one of the stories I wrote for a school project. I will be posting stories that I think are worth sharing from school on Wattpad as 'School Works'. I am aware that this is in need of editing, and that it could slightly be historically inaccurate. This is not meant to offend anyone, this is simply what I learned in my school.
