A Sister's Love

After her sister's death, Kayla Lawson threw herself full throttle into her career at the Toronto ad agency. Anything was better than facing the pain of losing her only sister. But after receiving a tearful call from her niece, Kayla heads to her hometown of Smooth Lake, determined to mend the rift in her family caused by her sister's death. Meanwhile, all Reid Williams wants is to take care of his kids. He wasn't there to protect his family during the accident that took his wife's life, and he's vowed that his children's well-being will be his singular focus. But when Kayla returns home opening old wounds and making him feel things he shouldn't be feeling--especially for her--he realizes what's been missing from his life. Life would be so much simpler if it was. Then again, simple is over-rated.
