He found that the roaring pressure of the flames drowned out the scathing hisses of his mother and the staggering cognitive triggers that seemed to encompass his mind more often than not.

As always, things take a sudden turn when Silas was suddenly 'expelled' from Eccleston College under 'severe circumstances' that may or may not have been the reason why their lacrosse field had a fresh scorch mark. And to make matters worse, his arrival back at Forks causes tension to arise between a gang of shirtless, jort wearing La Push locals actively seeking him out and Fork's micro-celebrities.
