Chris Baker once shared a secret: she is the youngest "police officer". She isn't quite there yet but she works with them as a secret weapon. Her and her crush, Jeremy Stevens are asked to go to Europe to find a missing girl who is carrying a lethal weapon that will be useful in 16 years.
