Taking place in the far future where humans living in a large colony city on Mars play virtual reality video games for entertainment, Nordlysa, a massively multiplayer online (MMO) space-fantasy game and the most popular game on Mars, is played by thousands of gamers every day, with one of them being Natteo Brettoni, a lonely hermit gamer who plays the game every day after work to escape the reality of living on Mars. But one day when his computer wiz friend introduces to him an A.I. he created which can pass as an actual player in Nordlysa and urges him to download it into the game world, Natteo does so and from that moment, him and the A.I., named Bethana Arrosethi, step onto a grand adventure he never expected to have with a human-like artificial intelligence.
