He screamed causing his throat to become quiet rough and scratchy, he pushed and threw any object close by trying to relieve all the pain and stress that circulated through him like the blood through his veins.

He was tired of the things that were happening to the person he loved he wanted it to end so they could live a normal life once again but, he knew he could do nothing but, watch as they attached things to her body and give her medication.

He pushed the salty tears that cascaded down his cheek. Was God punishing him? He was lost and confused. He sat down on the bed he shared with his loved one, admiring the entire mess he made, he suddenly felt wary. As he pulled his legs up to his chest he wasn't fazed when his fifteen year old daughter walked in with the look and feel of distressed about her mum.

He looked up once his daughter's soft voice spoke which caused his heart to crack and his world to fall instantly apart.
