Growing Pains
In the day-to-day trenches of high school, it is almost the default-setting to believe we are the main character of our own coming-of-age story. This is not wrong. It's just ours isn't the only story there is. The jocks, the nerds, the cheerleaders, the losers, the stoners, the fangirls, the skaters. Everyone's the realest most important person in existence, all of them, at the same time, first-person narrators to their own stories, stumbling into each other's plot lines, defying the status-quo, catalysts to ups and downs. A deconstruction of all the high school tropes and cliches written over the years, a deep-dive into the psyche of students trying to finish high school while going through irrevocable self-discovery, the most improbable of connections, and the insufferable pains of growing up.Lengkap
Hold Tight
18 year old Amy Turner struggles with mental illness. Depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and struggles with suicide tendencies. Amy lives with her mother, who constantly travels for her business, and believes that all Amy's situations are fake and drawn to bring attention to herself. She also deals with a lot of bullying at school by a group of people; Amber Thomas, Jenny Looser, John Rogers, and several other girls and guys. Her best friend Bethany Peters watches her and stands by her through her tough times until Amy's dream boy, Brandon Walters, comes in and causes conflict to her mental illness. Brandon and Beth struggle to watch her attempt suicide, feel broken and begin to start rumors about each other causing to mess with Amy's mind. Will Amy and Beth continue on with their friendship? Will Brandon and Amy officially come out from hiding their relationship? Will Amber continue her rumors and start more drama to break Brandon, Beth and Amy apart? --- My name is Ariel Baes. I'm 18 years old with a passion for writing. Parts of this story are personal and related to my personal life, but in Amy's point of view, and more violent and serious. I myself struggle with mental illness, suicide tendencies, and struggled with self harm. I am proud of this writing I have been working on and am proud to share it. It may not be the best story ever written, spelling errors may be an issue. But this story tells a lot. And I hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I did writing it.Lengkap

Silence Found Us
Isabelle "Izzy" Johnson, a mute girl who has steady friendships, her heart safely guarded, and her life was good. But she starts to question herself when a group of guys decide to live with her and her dad. When her heart is caught between comfort and the unknown, Izzy must navigate between, friendship, loyalty and love. But how do you choose what's real? Sometimes, the hardest choices aren't between right and wrong. They're between what feels safe and what feels true. ~~~ Trying to do something new. I know this book needs lots of editing. I just want to see how far it will go. Also, the title and book cover will not stay the same.

He came right in the middle of a tornadoe and managed to turn it into blue skies. He changed my perspective and gave me hope and strength." I looked at him, and he was smiling, and his eyes were a little glossy. He took my hand and kissed it, a small tear caught in the corner of his beautiful eyes. "I thought, hey, maybe life isn't so bad after all. Maybe I can finally allow myself to love and be loved, and to live life normally. When we went to your party, you told me to wait for you. But then your perverted cousin made me feel super uncomfortable, so I went looking for you, just to be able to feel at peace again. And that's when I saw it." My heart beats skyrocketed, because this was the moment everything changed forever. "Saw what?" Asked Axel. I took a deep breath, and continued.
