Driven by a mother's twisted grief, a dark ritual was performed amidst the roaring flames of their burning home. Tamaki wants to believe it is a sick university prank, until the first video arrives. She watches in paralyzed horror as her classmate's body detonates like a human grenade. With their lives held hostage by a screen, wala silang choice kundi sumakay sa isang tren na walang hintong bumabagtas sa gitna ng kawalan. Hindi iyon ordinaryong byahe; it's a death loop. Trapped inside the suffocating cabin, Tamaki is caught between two predators: One man is a martyr, a soul ready to bleed just to keep her breathing. The other is a sociopath who sees the mounting corpses as a red carpet leading to his prize. With zero empathy, he would gladly watch the world burn just to claim her among the ruins. As the body count rises, the monster rooted in her spine grows stronger. Every death is a meal. Every scream is a symphony. Tamaki must decide: Will she stop the massacre and let the demon consume her instead? Or will she feed her sister until there is nothing left of her own humanity?
