Although she was strong-headed and well-independent, she spent most of her days behind the castle's wall.
Scarlett longed for freedom more than anything in the world, but when her father informed her that she was soon to be wed for alliance purposes. She was furious and refused to be wed at such a young age. Her only option was to run away, and she did. She ran and unknowingly boarded an infamous pirate ship, whose charming captain offered her salvation.
