A collection of short stories - my entries for @Ooorah 's Ultimate Science Fiction Smack Down! SFSD 2021

Alright so let's begin with who I am, I am Astral Desire. The name of this account I created on this platform that I am working on with my mortal counterpart to be making these stories in the first place. But we're actually two separate entities, I exist in the Astral plane. We're everything and nothing exist in the same place. As well as we're all realities, including yours. But i believe on my behalf and mortal counterpart as well. We believe it's only fair if we tell you our story, so you know more about how I'm connected to what's happened in those other two realities and how it's my fault.....

What if you were the reason why somebody died in the future? And what if that person...was Yourself? What is Time but experiences, trauma and Humanity? (This story was originally part of a collection I had made but I decided to publish it solo.)

I am new to storytelling. This story begins nearly a thousand years in the past and this is the prologue. The preceding chapters bring the story up to the present day. I hope you like it.

(This is the new and improved version of an already existing story with the same title following my OC as the main protagonist. There's gonna be a lot of changes to this story.) Vothars is another planet in another galaxy away from Earth, full of life. From humans to elves to hybrids of humans or elves with genes of monsters or animals. One of them is a human wolf hybrid named Trevor who's got a power that aren't full, waiting to be unleashed, and he must used them to protect his home of East Dandelion in the country of Dandelion from threats that he was mentioned about. What are those threats and how will Trevor settle them with his unknown powers that he still hasn't figured out yet?

Part 2 is - well, as a student of military history, I was struck by how some things in the military life have seemed to be constant over the centuries. Aspirations were creatures created by the gods to keep humans entertained and happy. Humans would no longer need the gods for deeds; Aspirations could do them. But what happens when a certain mortal goes looking for a particular Aspiration and ends up in a web of disaster? And what happens when the dark and destructive past of that Aspiration breaks from its cage and seeks revenge? This is my first time sharing a story I've created so I hope you all enjoy! I also draw a lot so some of the chapter pictures are done by me to give some visuals of the characters. It's a little bit of a slow start but gets really chaotic toward the end. There are TW in this story just in case. I think after writing this I might need to go to therapy. I swear I'm not crazy!
